Dr. Nermine Salah, 2013 TechWomen participant from Egypt, depicts her path to success in this self-made video. She mentions her acceptance into the TechWomen program as the next phase of her professional growth. Being a female academic and entrepreneur, she has overcome many challenges and she shares a message of encouragement for young women and girls: “Don’t let anyone tell you that you cannot achieve your dreams because you are a woman. What really matters are your ideas, your thoughts, your work, your achievements, and nothing else.”
