• Overview

  

  TechWomen connects and supports the next generation of women leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics by providing them the access and opportunities to advance their careers and pursue their dreams.

• 2024 Impact Projects

  

  During the Fall 2022 program, Emerging Leaders (ELs) developed action plans to address a socioeconomic challenge in their local communities. Each country cohort was paired with Impact Coaches to guide the group through the action plan process.

 

• Professional Development

  

  Each participant works on a mutually beneficial project with her Professional Mentor and attends tailored tech talks, special events, and workshops on topics such as entrepreneurship and leadership.

• Cultural Exchange

  

  Learn more about the Cultural Mentor program and our commitment to providing participants and Mentors opportunities for cultural enrichment.

 

• Delegation Trips

  

  After the participants return home, TechWomen delegates travel to program countries to bring the program full-circle.

  Since 2011, 1,041 women from 22 countries have participated in the program, in addition to 1,187 mentors from 179 companies in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

  The TechWomen program takes the health and safety of our Emerging Leaders, mentors and host company partners seriously, and are taking all necessary steps to ensure we can deliver both a safe and successful program.
