My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will be my expertise in geotechnical data management through my GIS project, engeo.cloud. I excel in organizational skills and can assist with internal company events, enhancing efficiency and collaboration. Additionally, I can share my language skills in Russian, Turkish, and Kazakh, fostering better communication and cultural exchange. My commitment to continuous learning and growth will also inspire and enrich the professional development of those around me.

The company should focus on innovative IT solutions in geospatial/geotechnical sphere. The culture should emphasize an open mind, collaboration, continuous learning, and a forward-thinking mindset. Ideally, the mentor would have experience in managing marketing for technical products and be able to share insights from their extensive experience in promoting and positioning such products in the market. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the mentor could help improve my project management skills, providing insights and strategies for successfully managing complex projects.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I hope that collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will significantly enhance my strategic leadership and marketing and sales, project management skills, providing fresh perspectives on innovative IT solutions in geospatial and geotechnical data management. This experience will deepen my understanding of global best practices and expand my professional network, fostering international collaborations. The mentorship will empower me to implement advanced strategies and technologies in my work, driving organizational success and positioning me as a leader in my field. Ultimately, this will accelerate my career growth and enable me to inspire and mentor other women professionals in Kazakhstan.

Upon completing the program, I envision leveraging my experience and the extensive TechWomen network in several concrete ways: 1. Knowledge Transfer and Skill Development: I'll establish training programs and workshops to share acquired knowledge and best practices. 2. Educational Outreach: Collaborating with universities, I'll organize programs to inspire students and promote STEM disciplines. 3. Mentorship Programs: I'll launch initiatives to mentor aspiring women professionals in Kazakhstan, providing guidance and networking opportunities. 4. Building Collaborative Projects: Using the TechWomen network, I'll facilitate partnerships between organizations, fostering international collaborations in technology and innovation.
