I bring strong community outreach skills in health education and have some experience pioneering a health clinic that uses digital solutions to deliver effective primary healthcare services in resource-limited settings. My background enables me to offer unique insights into health technology applications for underserved communities. I am bold, hardworking, and have an extremely curious mind, and I'm eager to share innovative approaches and collaborate on impactful projects. I can also provide valuable perspectives on overcoming challenges in healthcare accessibility, contributing to the mentor's and colleagues' understanding of diverse healthcare environments.

1. How digital models are developed and used.
2. Design a prototype for my digital menstrual health bracelet and test it.
3. Introduction into the FemTech industry and networking with FemTech Entrepreneurs.

My ideal mentor is from a medium- to large-sized company that specializes in digital health solutions, particularly wearable devices.The company culture should prioritize innovation, collaboration, and mentorship by involving me in practical health projects, introducing me to health-tech basics, and offering insights into creating and scaling a digital health product. The mentor should have experience in software and hardware integration, a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, and experience in launching medical devices. These will provide the perfect environment for continuous learning and growth and a strategic roadmap to transition from my period-tracking bracelet to a digital health device.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will significantly enhance my career and professional path by providing me with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in digital health technology. This mentorship will aid in transitioning my period-tracking bracelet from analog to digital, offering invaluable insights into advanced software and hardware integration, product development lifecycles, and launching medical devices. It will also expand my professional network, exposing me to global best practices and innovative solutions. The experience will empower me to implement high-impact health technology projects in Cameroon, bridging the technology gap and improving menstrual hygiene and healthcare accessibility in resource-limited settings.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The TechWomen mentorship will help me enhance my technical skills, expand my knowledge base, and gain practical experience in implementing digital health solutions. This will not only benefit my career growth but also contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology in Cameroon and beyond. I am looking forward to leveraging all these knowledge to make a positive impact in the health-tech field. Upon returning to Cameroon, I will start meeting with various stakeholders as well as collaborating with other alumni to start materialising the digital menstrual bracelets.
