My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will be the insights from my 13 years of extensive experience in software quality and product management, including expertise in launching products from scratch. I excel at analyzing user journeys and refining product strategies, skills I can share with my mentor and their team. My passion for technology and eagerness to learn will foster a dynamic exchange of ideas and create a rich learning environment for everyone involved.

1. Explore Artificial intelligence (AI) implementations in Silicon Valley, understanding how it enhances products and engages users.
2. Learn the best practices and latest data analysis tools used by top companies and gain insights into user journeys at a larger scale.
3. Enhance my leadership and personal skills and network with industry leaders in the Bay Area.

Collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will significantly elevate my career by exposing me to cutting-edge practices in product management and AI. I aim to leverage their expertise to refine my leadership skills, enhance my ability to drive data-driven decisions, and innovate in customer experience design. This mentorship will also expand my professional network, opening doors to global opportunities. Upon returning to Jordan, I will implement these insights to drive advancements in my field, mentor emerging talent, and champion best practices.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Upon returning to Jordan, TechWomen will equip me with cutting-edge tech insights to drive innovation in my products. I'll share this expertise through workshops targeting students and colleagues. Using mentorship strategies learned, I'll guide interns and employees, with a focus on women's inclusion. I will concentrate on the "career day" initiative to help students make informed decisions about their future. Additionally, I will organize outreach sessions in Jordan to inspire women in STEM to join TechWomen and TechGirls, fostering future tech talent.
