My detail-oriented mindset allows me to solve technical problems meticulously, while my strong and clear communication skills enable me to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Passionate about coaching and career development, I guide team members toward fulfilling paths and enhancing organizational success. My toolbox includes a range of techniques for identifying and addressing technical challenges. I am excited to bring these assets to the mentorship program.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- Develop Engineering Project Management skills (especially for Hardware Projects); such as project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Explore the latest technologies and trends in the Hardware Verification methodologies and tools and gain hands-on experience with them.
- Integrate AI Applications within the Hardware Verification domain; includes understanding the potential of AI-driven tools and models.

I believe that my experience with the TechWomen mentorship will enrich my professional path by providing exposure to advanced and innovative methodologies. This opportunity will enhance my technical expertise, communication skills, and engineering project management (EPM) capabilities. Learning from a diverse and experienced professional will broaden my perspective, fostering a global outlook and improving cross-cultural collaboration. The mentorship will empower me to drive impactful changes, inspire my team, and help others succeed by paying it forward to my community. Building connections through this program will open doors to new opportunities and experiences, further enriching my professional journey.

Participating in the TechWomen program will empower me to share valuable insights and knowledge from the Hardware Engineering Sector with students and engineers in my home country. Given the limited job opportunities in hardware compared to software, I am committed to encouraging the next generation to follow their passion for this field and help them reach their full potential to make meaningful contributions to this essential domain. Besides that, I plan to network with emerging leaders, sharing initiatives that can foster collaboration and innovation. By building a supportive community, we can empower others and contribute to a vibrant tech ecosystem.
