What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my extensive experience in IT project management, product development, and research. Additionally, my success in co-founding and leading a large IT community in Uzbekistan demonstrates my leadership and community-building skills. I am eager to teach my mentor and their colleagues about innovative project management techniques, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture, and strategies for empowering underrepresented groups in technology.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Gain a deep understanding of how AI tools and models can be developed and integrated to optimize product performance and enhance user experience.
2. Develop expertise in Agile project management techniques and strategic design thinking to enhance project efficiency, foster innovation and effectively manage diverse teams.
3. Learn advanced CI/CD practices and tools to streamline software development processes, reduce deployment times and ensure high-quality releases.

The mentor should have expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and strategic analysis, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and customer-centric solutions.

I hope to gain new AI-centered knowledge, including the tools and practices used by leading companies, and bring this expertise back to my home country. Understanding the latest strategic development and management techniques will enable me to implement these best practices in Uzbekistan, enhancing my job performance and contributing to the growth of the IT sector. This collaboration will provide me with valuable insights and skills, positively impacting my career and professional path.

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to implement advanced AI technologies and best practices in my projects, enhancing the IT sector in Uzbekistan. I will share the knowledge and skills gained with my IT community, focusing on empowering girls and rural enthusiasts through workshops and training sessions. By fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, I aim to inspire and equip the next generation of IT professionals to drive technological advancements and contribute to the country's economic growth.
