What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to TechWomen will be the skills and knowledge I possess, which I am eager to share. My curiosity and persistence drive me to explore new ideas and overcome challenges, qualities that I believe will inspire my mentor and their colleagues. My ability to adapt to new environments and my commitment to self-improvement will be valuable qualities that I can bring to our collaboration. I am also eager to learn from my mentor and to share my knowledge and experience with my mentor's colleagues.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Learn the fundamental principles of AI, and learn to use AI tools for bug detection. I like to research successful cases of using AI in QA.
2. Gain the necessary skills and knowledge to create a startup, and enhance my entrepreneurial abilities.
3. Improve communication skills to build professional connections and expand my network.

They should have strong management and leadership skills and be willing to share their experiences, skills, and networks with me to help me achieve my goals. I prefer a large-scale company focusing on developing impactful technologies that tackle real-world issues. A company that is involved in sectors such as AI or software development. The company should support employees in learning and growing their careers, providing opportunities for employees to expand their skills.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My professional goals are to become an industry expert and stay at the forefront of industry trends. I aspire to contribute to developing robust and efficient testing strategies that ensure the quality of software products and streamline the testing process within agile environments. The TechWomen experience will be a crucial step in my professional career, offering a unique platform to refine my skills, explore new horizons, and benefit from experienced mentors. I am eager to contribute to the IT community, sharing the knowledge and insights gained through this mentorship experience with my colleagues and anyone interested.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Participating in the TechWomen program is a big chance to tackle the lack of IT experts in Central Asia, especially women; with my gained experience, I plan to organize workshops and train women in IT to empower them, showcase the benefits of a tech career, and break stereotypes. I will share insights gained during the program to inspire future participants and enhance my decision-making and critical thinking skills to address societal challenges and promote gender inclusivity in IT. Additionally, I will conduct seminars at schools and universities, sharing effective practices, diversity, and inclusion in tech to bridge the information gap in my home community.
