What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to the program would be my ability to notice details (details-oriented) and analyze problems and solve them quickly. My biggest strength is being a fast learner, I can absorb knowledge and information quickly. I have a passion for making an impact in my community to make it a better place. I'm persistent in achieving my goals and can adapt to challenging conditions easily.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Team management and leadership strategies.
2. Use of data and AI applications.
3. Expand my professional network.

I would like to experience the work environment of a large, global, leading Hi-tech company with +5000 employees and strong AI and building professional network focus. This company would have a supportive environment that encourages a growth mindset, risk-taking, and continuous development for its workers. I expect an effective communicator mentor who can explain complex concepts in a simple way.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My contribution and collaboration with a US-based mentor will strongly support my development. The excellent reputation of US in STEM specially in Hi-tech inspired me to apply for TechWomen 2024. I'll sharpen my professional skills and develop my technical skills in areas like team leadership and project management. Additionally, I hope to expand my network with professionals who are like-minded from all over the world.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will leverage my Techwomen experience to make a positive impact in Palestine by sharing the knowledge I've gained through the program and how Techwomen developed my skills. I will be a role model for girls and women in the STEMs field in my hometown and inspire them. I will network with the emerging leaders who are like-minded and get inspired with their initiative in their home countries.
