My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship lies in my multifaceted expertise in digital communications, journalism, and international relations. I can offer insights into leveraging technology for social impact, innovative digital communication strategies, and navigating cross-cultural challenges. Additionally, my passion for empowering marginalized communities, particularly women and girls, will enrich discussions on gender equality and diversity in technology. My ability to initiate impactful projects, overcome obstacles, and foster inclusive environments will inspire and guide both my mentor and their colleagues.

This experience will broaden my skill set, enhance my strategic thinking, and expand my professional network internationally. I aim to leverage this collaboration to advance my career trajectory, pursue leadership opportunities, and drive impactful digital initiatives for social change in Turkmenistan.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will leverage my TechWomen experience to establish a Digital Empowerment Hub, collaborate with local organizations on innovative digital communication strategies, and advocate for gender-inclusive technology policies in Turkmenistan, fostering a vibrant tech ecosystem and empowering women and youth to thrive in the digital age.
