My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my expertise in strategic management, leadership and entrepreneurial activities, combined with my deep commitment to social causes. With over a decade of experience in business consulting, I bring a wealth of knowledge in effective strategy implementation, leadership consulting and entrepreneurship. My cross-cultural competence and proficiency in Arabic will enable me to bridge cultural gaps and foster a more inclusive environment. I am eager to share these insights and collaborate with my mentor and their colleagues, providing a unique perspective that emphasizes diversity, innovation, and social impact.

I would describe my ideal company as a medium to large size biotechnology or healthcare technology company with a significant research and development practice, focusing on utilizing genomics, AI-driven insights and patient genomic data to tailor medical treatments for individual patients. Ideally, the company would have a culture focused on innovation, sustainability and be patient-centric. Key traits would be a strong focus on research and development, cutting edge technology adoption, development of advanced diagnostic tools and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and positive impact.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will enhance my capabilities in biotechnology and healthcare leadership, integrating advanced methodologies and international best practices that may not be readily available here in Jordan. This experience will broaden my perspective, empowering me to implement pioneering personalized medicine solutions in Jordan, that are culturally adapted and effective, thereby elevating local healthcare standards and contributing significantly to the biotechnological field in my country. Ultimately, this experience will solidify my role as an emerging woman entrepreneur, driving meaningful change in the healthcare sector both locally and globally and inspiring women to pursue careers in science and biotechnology.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to implement advanced healthcare solutions in Jordan through my startup INNOVA BIOTECH, focusing on personalized medicine and biotechnology innovations. I will empower women in healthcare, providing them with the tools and mentorship needed to transform their ideas into sustainable businesses. Additionally, I will share the knowledge gained through workshops, elevating local healthcare standards and inspiring the next generation of women leaders in science. This will foster a culture of innovation and cross-collaboration, promote diversity and inclusion, and drive significant improvements in healthcare and economic development in my home country.
