My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my strong background in web development and data analysis, combined with my passion for continuous learning and collaboration. I excel in React JS, Vue JS, and Laravel, and can share my expertise in building dynamic web applications. Additionally, my experience in data processing from ETL to analysis will offer valuable insights. I bring a unique cultural perspective and a proactive approach to problem-solving. By fostering open communication and knowledge exchange, I aim to contribute to a mutually enriching mentorship experience, benefiting both my mentor and their colleagues

As a freelancer, this mentorship will equip me with advanced skills and industry insights, crucial for my goal of establishing a digitalization company in the future. Additionally, gaining data expertise will improve my current role as a database administrator, allowing me to contribute more effectively to my country's technological advancement. This collaboration will provide me with the knowledge and network needed to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact in my community.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I will leverage my TechWomen experience to drive technological innovation change in Morocco. I plan to use the skills gained to enhance my freelance work and establish a digitalization company. During the program, I aim to grow personally, learn from others, and celebrate our differences. My curiosity about life and people is boundless. I will share my experience, especially with women and girls, to inspire them to reach their full potential. By engaging with my community, I aim to grow the tech sector and inspire others to pursue technology careers in a country with a challenging school system.
