I am confident that my professional experience, particularly my abilities, will provide valuable contributions to the mentorship and the TechWomen community. In this position, I would like to productively use my skills and passion for learning new technologies.

Mentors who understand how to communicate most effectively while learning are professionals who help others grow. Mentoring is a learning experience, and mentees will learn more if they can figure out the solution themselves. Using variations of the Socratic method, mentors can help mentees find their own answers rather than telling them what to do. The best mentors are well-read and like to stay informed on a variety of topics. They love to learn and will encourage and inspire others to become lifelong learners, which will help you build a culture of learning.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope and believe that my collaboration and contribution with a mentor in the USA will influence the better fruitful side of our field and career and professional goals.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I can share my experiences and the skills I gain with women from various institutions like the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. My main goal is to inspire other women in STEM by sharing my experiences. It is very important for me to bring my valuable experience from TechWomen program back to my country.
