Mentoring is a learning experience, and mentees will learn more if they can figure out the solution themselves. Using variations of the Socratic method, mentors can help mentees find their own answers rather than telling them what to do. I hope and believe that my collaboration and contribution with a mentor in the USA will influence the better fruitful side of our field and career and professional goals.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the TechWomen program, I can share my experiences and the skills I gain with women from various institutions like the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. My main goal is to inspire other women in STEM by sharing my experiences. It is very important for me to bring my valuable experience from TechWomen program back to my country.
