Additionally, my commitment to fostering safe online spaces and advocating for responsible technology use could inspire my mentor's colleagues to prioritize these critical issues. My multifaceted background and drive to create positive change would be a valuable asset to the TechWomen program.

Ideal Company Type

The company should have a diverse and inclusive culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and the professional development of its employees. Ideally, the mentor would work in a leadership role within the company's AI, data science, or machine learning teams. This would allow me to gain insights into the strategic decision-making process, product development lifecycle, and the practical application of emerging technologies. She should be open to mentoring and supporting the career growth of underrepresented individuals in the tech industry.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I will share the knowledge and skills gained from my mentor's expertise in areas like data analysis & machine learning to enhance the technical capabilities of the BeLA Cameroon team and the women we serve through our digital literacy programs.
