My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will revolve around sharing my deep expertise in AI and machine learning with a focus on environmental and societal applications. Drawing from my experience in developing AI solutions for forest management and waste reduction, I can offer unique insights into integrating AI with ecological conservation efforts. Additionally, as a co-founder of an initiative aimed at boosting female participation in STEM, I can share effective strategies and experiences to foster diversity and inclusion within the tech industry, benefiting not only my mentor but also their colleagues by enhancing collaborative projects and diversity initiatives.

This is crucial in a country where women's literacy rate is very low, as it significantly boosts their inclination towards STEM fields. This blend of technology and advocacy will enrich the mentorship experience, fostering diversity and inclusion within the tech industry.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Participating in the TechWomen program will enable me to establish a network of technology experts and like-minded peers dedicated to addressing both local and global challenges. Insights from gender specialists will help transform our platform into a sustainable model, increasing educational opportunities and reshaping societal views on gender roles. The knowledge and practices I acquire will be integrated into educational content designed to elevate Pakistani women's participation in STEM, ultimately narrowing the gender gap in technology fields.
