My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship lies in my diverse skill set, encompassing technical proficiency in civil engineering, leadership abilities and a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion. I can offer insights into project management, sustainable design practices and navigating challenges in STEM fields. Additionally, I bring experience in fostering inclusive work cultures and empowering women in male-dominated industries, which I can share with my mentor's colleagues to promote diversity and equity within their organization. Overall, I aspire to inspire, mentor and empower others to reach their full potential in tech and engineering.

By forging meaningful connections and learning from their experiences, I aim to accelerate my career growth, pursue new opportunities, and make a lasting impact in the civil engineering field, both locally and globally.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to establish mentorship programs for young women in STEM, advocate for policies promoting gender equality in the workplace, and lead initiatives to integrate sustainable practices into civil engineering projects in my home country, Rwanda.
