What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

TechWomen sees many participants each year, but few have experienced life in a remote and mountainous region like GBAO. I look forward to sharing the unique aspects of my cultural heritage with fellow mentors and emerging leaders, as these are largely unknown outside Tajikistan. I am also eager to learn about their diverse cultures and experiences. On a professional level, I excel in financial analysis and have extensive experience helping start-ups with budget planning. I am excited to contribute these skills to support our collective success.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Learn about project management tools.
2. Increase skills in entrepreneurship and digital marketing.
3. Increase skills in public speaking and leadership.

My ideal mentor would work at a commercial or digital business company, share my background and interests and give me the exciting opportunity to participate in high-level meetings, conduct site visits, and engage in other entrepreneurship-related events. In my professional mentorship journey, I am particularly keen to learn from her expertise in project management tools, entrepreneurial skills, technical analysis and other relevant aspects within a commercial or digital business company. This immersive learning experience will allow me to expand my knowledge and gain practical insights into the industry's workings.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope that collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will have a significant impact on my professional career. The program aligns perfectly with my company's goal of using technology to improve lives in our region. I am certain that the experience gained in commercial services, project management and entrepreneurial guidance will enhance my skills and broaden my outlook, particularly in areas such as digital marketing. I am confident that this collaboration will open new opportunities for my professional growth and contribute to long-term success.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Upon returning home, I will leverage the network and updates on digital entrepreneurship and project management in my future projects. My primary goal is to expand the digital business and project management center within our community. Today, digital entrepreneurship offers increased flexibility, freedom, and scalability. I am eager to collaborate with the TechWomen network, including participants and mentors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, experience and contacts with women from developing countries. I hope the TechWomen program will be a milestone in engaging experienced and professional specialists to empower and connect women leaders, helping them grow their business projects.
