My ability to bridge technological solutions with pedagogical practices will be valuable in fostering innovative learning environments. This experience will enhance my expertise in digital transformation and expand my professional network internationally. Learning from a mentor in such a dynamic environment will equip me with cutting-edge tools and practices that I can adapt and implement in my region. Ultimately, this mentorship will accelerate my career as a leader in EdTech, enabling me to drive more impactful educational reforms and digital initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa.

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my enhanced skills and international network to spearhead digital transformation initiatives across educational systems in my home country. By integrating innovative technology solutions and best practices learned through the mentorship, I will work towards modernizing classrooms, improving teacher training, and increasing student engagement and outcomes. Additionally, I plan to organize workshops and seminars to share my learnings and collaborate with local stakeholders to drive the adoption of advanced educational technologies. This will not only improve access to quality education but also foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
