What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I am skilled at bringing together people from different cultures and experiences. For example, I united 37 leaders from various IT communities in Uzbekistan. I have experience in "how not to start a startup" and consider my strong points to be communication and my approach to dealing with difficult people. Specifically, finding a win-win approach for both sides of a negotiation. For the past two years, I have been involved in an educational project and am ready to share my experience in building an online university.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Learn about leadership and understand leadership mindsets in IT and Education
2. Learn how AI can positively impact productivity, particularly in Education and Project Management.
3. Learn how strategic sessions and brainstorms are conducted in corporations in order to improve my strategic thinking skills.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal company would be an IT company of 100,000-130,000+ employees, with a focus on product development and a highly developed product approach. This company's culture would value its people highly, fostering a culture of respect for each employee and their ideas. My ideal mentor would be a program manager with experience managing 1000+ people (I am interested in scalability) and they would also prioritize time to support social projects.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I am currently interested in two different career paths: Education Specialist (EdTech) and Scrum Master (Future Agile coach). I hope that through collaborating with my mentor, I will gain clarity on how to combine these roles with my interests and goals and develop a focused career plan for myself.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will gain an international network that will help attract online experts to share experiences among participants of the 37 IT communities in Uzbekistan and other countries, and organize joint panel discussions. I will apply the knowledge and skills to my project for scaling. I will have a new mindset that will help me explore the topic of leadership for writing my PhD. I will organize a series of meetings with young women in IT to share the experience I have gained and with experienced women in IT to spread information about the program.
