With my background in SAP Consulting and hands-on experience serving diverse clients across various sectors in Algeria, I can bring valuable insights into the country's ERP market. I'm well-equipped to share perspectives and potential opportunities within this niche. I have a natural inclination towards creativity and thinking beyond conventional boundaries defines my approach. I believe my mentor and host company could benefit from my outsider perspective and fresh ideas. I also have a variety of interests. I see mentorship as a platform for genuine human connection and mutual learning. Fluent in French, I can promote cultural exchange and facilitate language practice.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- Observe cybersecurity professionals in a SOC, what attacks are encountered on a daily basis and how specialists respond.
- Understand how to effectively ask clients questions in order to understand their business needs and create blueprints.

Ideal Company Type
My ideal company would be a medium or large-scale enterprise specializing in ERP or CRM solutions, owning a dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC). Its culture would foster creativity, encourage innovation and prioritize employee well-being. I would like to experience the convergence of cybersecurity prowess and business acumen by engaging with cybersecurity professionals within the SOC, gaining insights into diverse daily security interventions. I would also like to immerse myself in client interactions, adeptly capturing requirements for comprehensive business blueprints.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
At a pivotal career juncture, I see my internship at a host company and mentorship as crucial for gaining clarity. TechWomen provides the opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the world's most cyber secure nation and to learn from experts in the ERP industry. I aim to explore new management paradigms to refine my skills and enhance my leadership abilities. I believe the exchange of ideas will mutually enrich both myself and my mentor, fostering fresh perspectives. Furthermore, through TechWomen, I seek networking avenues for future project prospects.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
In the near future, I aim to share knowledge gained from the TechWomen program within my company and expand it to my community through informative sessions using members of my network. In the mid-term, I plan to launch free cybersecurity introductions, drawing inspiration from past successful initiatives. Leveraging the TechWomen network, I'll organize events in Algeria and expand impact through online sessions to other countries. I also hope that my TechWomen country team will execute the impact project developed during the program, extending its effects beyond a speech.
