What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my ability to bring a data-driven perspective to problem-solving, coupled with my experience in applying advanced analytics, including regression modeling, to real-world challenges across various domains. I can share my expertise in using tools like STATA, SQL, and Power BI to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and demonstrate how these insights can inform strategic decision-making. Moreover, I can contribute my knowledge of regression techniques to help build predictive models that forecast outcomes and identify key drivers of performance. Additionally, I can share best practices in data visualization and communication.

I would prefer a mentor who works in a collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced environment that values continuous learning and encourages experimentation. The company should have experience in applying data science to solve real-world problems in diverse agricultural /market contexts.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I hope to gain invaluable insights into the latest data science techniques and best practices, learning from my mentor's expertise and experience. This mentorship will enhance my technical capabilities, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities, empowering me to tackle complex challenges and make a greater impact in my field. Moreover, the professional network will open up new opportunities for collaboration and growth, enabling me to advance my career and become a leader. This experience will equip me with the tools and confidence to drive positive change and contribute to the development of the data science community in my home country.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After the TechWomen program, I will establish a mentorship program for young women in data science, sharing the knowledge and skills I gain. I will collaborate with local organizations to develop data-driven solutions for challenges in agriculture, market research and social development. Through workshops and seminars, I aim to raise awareness about the potential of data science and encourage more women to pursue careers in this field. My goal is to create a ripple effect of positive change, empowering women and harnessing the power of data to build a more sustainable and equitable future for my country.
