What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship would be my expertise in renewable energy, climate change and data analysis and my passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment. As a mentee, I can share with my mentor practical knowledge about coding best practices, problem-solving techniques and project management for energy projects that consider the reduction of carbon footprint into the environment. Additionally, I can facilitate discussions on diversity, inclusion and career growth, encouraging open dialogue among colleagues. Together, we can create a supportive community that empowers women in tech to thrive. My public speaking skills can contribute immensely too.

I am looking forward to meeting a mentor who works in a company that is energy and data-driven. My ideal host company focuses on reinventing energy into clean, affordable, efficient energy system with the goal to transition and implementation by 2050. I would like to have exposure to a large (90,000+ employees) with a diverse and culturally accepting attitude. They ideally focus on innovation, creativity and operates globally. My ideal company also encourages their employee to be more innovative and encourages this innovation through a well-designed incentive program.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
As a TechWomen participant collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor, I envision several positive impacts on my career and professional path. Interacting with an experienced mentor allows me to learn from their experiences and industry knowledge. I will gain deeper understanding of best practices, emerging trends and successful strategies. Having a mentor guide me through career decisions, goal-setting and personal development is invaluable. Their advice can help me navigate challenges, identify growth areas and make informed choices. A U.S.-based mentor can introduce me to valuable networks, professional circles and industry events. These connections can open doors to opportunities, collaborations and partnerships.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
Upon completing the TechWomen program, I plan to pay it forward by empowering and inspiring young women in my home country. I will extend MAG GREEN's aim from virtual webinars to in-person climate change advocacy and education and also be involved in collaborative projects that address local challenges using technology. Whether it's healthcare, education or environmental sustainability, I plan to leverage my TechWomen connections to make a difference. I'll mentor aspiring female technologists, guiding them through their educational and career journeys by providing personalized advice and encouragement for their professional and personal growth.
