My passion for machine learning and commitment to innovative problem solving will be the most valuable contributions I provide to my TechWomen mentorship. I can offer insights into integrating AI for better decision-making as well as teach my mentor and colleagues about the unique challenges and opportunities of implementing smart transportation in developing regions. I bring a warm feeling of empathy to the workplace, fostering collaboration and teamwork, and my expertise in organizing community initiatives will inspire and motivate others. I am an avid learner who is eager to share my knowledge and collaborate on sustainable solutions to real-world challenges.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will help me develop my artificial intelligence skills while also offering me significant networking experience with industry experts, exposing me to invaluable career opportunities. By learning from industry leaders, I will gain valuable insights for my career transition to the machine learning industry, as well as strengthen my Ph.D. thesis research. This mentorship will allow me to explore advanced leadership skills and innovative approaches to transportation challenges. As a result, TechWomen mentoring will greatly help me strengthen my leadership, problem-solving skills, and AI mastery, allowing me to further develop such cutting-edge talents in my native country.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to advance smart transportation solutions in my native country, contributing to Morocco's national strategy for ethical and sustainable AI use. I will organize workshops and webinars to share the knowledge and skills I gained, focusing on sustainable and smart technology and will advocate for policies that promote smart transportation infrastructure. Additionally, I will mentor young women in STEM, inspiring them to pursue careers in technology and engineering. My goal is to create a network of empowered women driving innovation and positive change in the smart technology sector.
