My most valuable contribution to TechWomen mentorship would be my expertise in reservoir engineering and project management. I can offer mentorship on technical skills, such as reservoir simulation and optimization, as well as insights into effective team coordination and leadership. Additionally, I bring a wealth of experience in navigating challenges within the energy industry, which I can share with both my mentor and their colleagues. By fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, I aim to empower other women to excel in their careers and contribute meaningfully to their respective fields.

After participating in the TechWomen program, I aim to leverage my experience to initiate mentorship programs for aspiring women in STEM fields in my home country. By sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration and advocating for gender equality in technology, I aim to empower more women to pursue careers in STEM and contribute to technological advancements being a role model for the future generation of women. Additionally, I will utilize the network and resources gained through TechWomen to implement initiatives that address local challenges, promote innovation and drive positive change in my community, ultimately creating a more inclusive and diverse tech ecosystem.
