What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
I'm very independent, self-sufficient, result oriented and incredibly organized with a strong work ethic with excellent knowledge of the compliance procedures of the donor and international organizations. I have strong leadership skills in managing, motivating and coaching team members. I'm accommodated to working in a high pace environment with tight deadlines and quick and spontaneous changes. I think this would be an amazing opportunity to be a part of the excellent Initiative of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and would be honored to be considered for the participation.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- How AI tools/models are developed and used.

Ideal Company Type
Given my interest in exploring new technologies and ideas in the digitalization of public services, I believe that the ideal mentor should be from the public sector of a globally reputable company with experience in leading public sector initiatives focused on digital transformation. Alternatively, I consider someone who is at the forefront of exploring new technologies for application in public services and has a deep understanding of current challenges and opportunities in the digitalization of public services such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data analytics to better serve citizens. The mentor should be approachable and a good communicator.

- Self-sufficient
- Organized
What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I will have an opportunity to meet with a professional mentor to support my career development and learn more about the digital transformation of the USA and strive to introduce the digital innovations in the public and private sector of Turkmenistan. Through professional training in the host companies, time spent with TechWomen mentors and high-level activities will help me in further proper development of my skills and confidence to implement this project and future projects on digital transformation of the country and improving the lives of citizens of Turkmenistan.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I believe that after graduation from the TechWomen program, my professional career will take a new turn, mainly because of huge information and connections that will be amassed during the program. After my return to my home country, I will use the information and skills in my current and future projects to strengthen the digital development of Turkmenistan and change Turkmen citizens' lives and secure a better future for their families. I will continue my volunteering in various programs in the mentor role for women and girls' community and continuing to find ways to support women and girls in STEM.
