My most valuable contribution to my tech mentorship would be how African cultures can be embedded into emerging trends and innovations in educational technology. Sharing my experience in how tech can be harnessed to enhance learning outcomes and engage students in low-income communities successfully, I will share insights on interdisciplinary approaches to education and technology, highlighting successful strategies for integrating tech tools and demonstrating the impact of gamification on cognitive development and student engagement.

Collaborating with my U.S.-based Tech Women mentor will significantly impact my career and professional path by expanding my knowledge on how to gamify my story-writing skills to solve learning problems. It will expand my global network and provide invaluable industry insights. This mentorship will expose me to cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices, enabling me to drive successful tech initiatives in my field. The experience will boost my confidence, broaden my perspectives, and equip me with strategies for overcoming challenges. Ultimately, it will aid my professional growth, open new opportunities, and position me as a leader/innovator in the tech industry.

After participating in the TechWomen program, I can leverage my experience to make a significant impact in my home country by implementing innovative tech education initiatives and fostering collaborations between local schools and tech companies. I can share best practices learned during the program to enhance curriculum development and teacher training. Additionally, I can mentor aspiring women in tech, promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
