What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will significantly enhance my career by exposing me to advanced sustainability practices and innovative business strategies. I aim to gain insights into successful company cultures and decision-making processes, which will refine my leadership skills. This experience will also expand my professional network, opening doors to international collaborations. I plan to apply these learnings to drive impactful sustainability initiatives through my current tenure, my startup, my community and beyond. I will also share my enhanced knowledge and skills with colleagues and mentees, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of our collective efforts.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to enrich my impact at ESDU and InCircles. I will strategically integrate TechWomen activities into our student club and startup ecosystem, fostering a culture of sustainability and innovation. Moreover, I will bolster international collaborations, using the international network such as Womenpreneur, in which I am currently involved. My diverse background will help fortify connections between academia, startups and communities. Additionally, I will build on the project developed with my mentor, securing funds and connecting with previous alumni to further expand our impact and reach within the community and beyond.
