What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
As an IT marketing professional, I offer expertise in crafting effective strategies for tech products/services and compelling investor pitch decks. Having consulted startups, I can share insights on branding, customer acquisition, and growth hacking. Moreover, as a mother of three leading a startup, I can mentor on time management, prioritization, and work-life balance. My unique combination of professional marketing knowledge in IT and personal experience juggling entrepreneurship with family enables me to be a well-rounded mentor. I can impart technical marketing skills alongside practical life lessons, equipping mentees with a holistic skillset for success.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
Collaboration with a U.S.-based mentor will undoubtedly enrich my career and professional journey. By leveraging expertise and guidance, I'll gain invaluable insights into best practices, industry trends and effective strategies. This mentorship will broaden my perspective, allowing me to identify and overcome potential bottlenecks in my startup. Additionally, the knowledge and experience I acquire will empower me to drive the development and scaling of my venture effectively, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in my region.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage the knowledge and connections gained to amplify the impact of my startup in Kazakhstan. I will apply best practices learned to enhance our marketing automation solution, enabling more SMEs to thrive without dedicated marketing specialists. Additionally, I will share insights from the program with the startups I mentor, particularly women-led ones, empowering them to overcome challenges and drive innovation. By combining my TechWomen experience with my existing efforts, I aim to contribute significantly to Kazakhstan's economic growth, entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
