What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
As a health, safety and environmental engineer with proven skills in tech and innovation, combined with a passion for diversity & inclusion, particularly in male dominated sectors such as oil and gas. I aim to share best practices and initiatives for connecting and leveraging women's potentials in the industry, to break stereotypes and promote gender equality. My enthusiasm for women's empowerment aligns perfectly with TechWomen's goals and objectives. Furthermore, I aim to come back to my beautiful country with advanced solutions to achieve net zero and reduce carbon emission contributing to a more sustainable future.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- To understand the integration of artificial intelligence in safety and how AI can enhance risk assessment and incident prediction
- To learn skills on how to develop advanced techniques to reduce greenhouse gases and emissions in the oil and gas industry
- To develop strategies to advance communication and leadership skills and spread awareness to public communities

They would actively promote women's well-being and safety in these sectors. They will also empower these women to become successful future leaders. My ideal mentor would also be up-to-date on technological advancements and prioritize environmental awareness and climate action. Their company's focus should be based on driving innovation that unlocks cleaner, safer access to energy for every community.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I believe collaborating with US -based mentors will help me to develop the necessary skills to pursue my goals, expand my professional network and gain more insight on best practices within global firms and industries. develop innovative and cutting-edge technologies to achieve sustainable goals. i also aspire to learn from my mentor's experiences on how to navigate through failures and successes, understand corporate challenges and develop problem solving strategies. ultimately it will help me transform to an ideal leader to promote meaningful and humanistic practices in my communities and beyond.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the Tech women program my first initiative is going to be engaging with local high schools in remote locations like Hassi Messaoud, Illizi , In Amenas with the objective to persuade more young females to join STEM careers, by organizing seminars /webinars or rewarding competitions. i also plan to promote sustainable awareness within my community and organization by elaborating a tangible action plan to reduce greenhouse gases emissions by fostering innovation inspired by the Tech women program. In conclusion I am confident that the tech women experience will serve a transformational impact on my home country.
