What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
Collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor would be transformative for my career. Observing how a mentor navigates challenges, communicates with their team, and makes strategic decisions would provide invaluable insights. This experience would significantly enhance my expertise and professional growth, adding substantial weight to my achievements. Additionally, being part of a U.S. program's alumni community means joining a network of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact. This opportunity would not only advance my career but also empower me to contribute more effectively to the tech industry in Jordan.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to make a significant impact in Jordan by launching 'Mestika Sparks,' a two-year program empowering young women (18 to 25) to ignite their entrepreneurial spirit through workshops, mentorship and seed funding. I will also enhance educational transformation by incorporating cutting-edge insights into impactful modules as a university trainer, and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders to innovate and bridge practical knowledge gaps. Additionally, I will utilize network insights to drive the growth of Wide Angel, solidifying its market position and contributing to economic development.
What else should your mentor know about you?
I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology and public comprehension.
