My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be sharing my expertise in developing entrepreneurial ecosystems and fostering innovation in developing countries. Working in business accelerators and creative hubs, I bring unique insights into navigating startup challenges and leveraging limited resources creatively. I am excited to exchange knowledge on effective acceleration program strategies, startup ecosystem development and women's empowerment in technology. I think these skills could be beneficial, enhancing our mutual understanding of global and culturally diverse entrepreneurial practices.

The company's focus should be on supporting and scaling early-stage startups, particularly in the creative and technological sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth and innovative business solutions. The organizational culture should emphasize openness and collaboration, valuing creativity, diversity and the empowerment of its team members.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
Working with a mentor will significantly expand my strategic and operational capabilities, especially in scaling startups internationally. I expect to gain a deeper understanding of market dynamics and innovation management from a global perspective. This mentorship will sharpen my leadership skills, which will directly impact my effectiveness in building robust entrepreneurial ecosystems. This experience could provide me with the tools and networks necessary to significantly advance my career and better contribute to the economic and technological development of the community.

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to establish acceleration programs for creators and innovators, enabling them to develop innovative products. Learning from global startups, engaging with experienced mentors, and building connections with colleagues will equip me with valuable insights and best practices that I can directly apply to enhance our local startup ecosystem. By fostering international collaborations and knowledge exchange, I aim to drive innovation, broaden perspectives through cross-cultural understanding, and make a lasting impact on my home country and community.
